Due to
Program Director's stability, we get very few calls for technical support
except for questions. But when you do call during normal support hours (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays) you immediately talk to a member of the technical
staff. Highly trained technicians handle support issues and most simple problems are corrected during your initial call.
